At Start With Speech, we are dedicated to making communication accessible, engaging, and empowering for everyone. Specialising in speech, language, and AAC, we provide tailored support to help children and adults connect, grow, and thrive in their daily lives.

Our Services

We provide speech pathology services for individuals aged 1 - 65 years old. Our support covers language development, speech sounds, social communication, literacy, and AAC. We also specialise in early intervention and offer therapy for feeding and dysphagia, including fussy eating. Our approach is tailored to each person’s unique needs, ensuring they have the tools to succeed.

NDIS Speech Therapy

We support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.

Our services are billed as follows:

  • Consultation (up to 60 minutes): $193.99

  • NDIS Progress Report: $193.99 per hour

Travel Fees Travel is billed in accordance with NDIS guidelines.

Telehealth Speech Therapy

At Start With Speech, we provide telehealth speech therapy services for Private and NDIS participants across Australia. Offering assessments and therapy for children and adults, we specialise in speech, language, social communication, and AAC. Our flexible telehealth sessions bring high-quality, personalised support to you, wherever you are

ICWA- Insurance Commission of Western Australia

We support individuals funded through ICWA who have been impacted by motor vehicle accidents, providing assessment and therapy for communication and swallowing difficulties to support recovery and independence.

Our Team

Principle Speech Pathologist

Jessica Lupu

Jessica is a speech pathologist supporting both children and adults across disability and rehabilitation. She provides practical, person-centred therapy tailored to each individual’s everyday life, working closely with families and support teams to build confidence, communication, and independence.

She has experience in autism (including PDA profiles) and neurorehabilitation, and is passionate about delivering meaningful therapy that helps individuals feel understood and connected.

Chloe Freeman

Monday-Wednesday

Chloe has experience working in disability, aged care, and private sectors, supporting individuals to build communication and independence in meaningful, everyday ways. Chloe has a strong interest in early intervention and is passionate about creating engaging, person-centred therapy that supports long-term outcomes.
